A couple of good keynotes from this important conference are available here; http://webcast.oii.ox.ac.uk/?view=Webcast&ID=20090406_279 ; well worth looking at.
My preference is Gene Spafford as he covers such a lot of ground and raises so many questions very relevant today. I am trying to get copy of Spaf’s slides. He has given this talk in several places in the last 18 mths.
Sean Smith is also interesting but pushing the bounds of my technical knowledge. Slides for an earlier version of Smith’s talk are here; http://www.cs.utsa.edu/~shxu/stc08/program.htm
I have located Courtney’s Laws here; https://www.ccn-cert.cni.es/publico/2008/401/en/c/courtney_laws.htm . Still very relevant today, (as you would expect a good law to be!)
